This training course covers topics from LANDESK Service
Desk products. By the end of class, students should be able to configure self-
service to work with service catalogue, incidents, and knowledge management. In
addition, students will create and configure the processes to direct activity in
LANDESK Service Desk. Design workshops will give students the opportunity to
apply class knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Prerequisites: Pre-existing product knowledge is required.
It is assumed that students have attended the LANDESK Service Desk Boot Camp or
have equivalent knowledge gained from hands-on experience working with the
products. Concepts covered in the boot camp will be referenced as building
blocks for the more technical discussions.
