Ways to Learn

Traditional Instructor-led Classroom (ILT)
Instructor delivered content and hands-on exercises in a classroom. This is our most comprehensive training offering.

Remote Classroom
Remote classroom training enables students to attend a local classroom course through video conferencing. Students see a live video stream of the class and the continuous audio feed allows students to ask questions and participate in the class at all times. Remote classroom options are available for most of our traditional ILT courses.

Instructor-led Online (ILO)
Delivered by a LANDesk instructor via the Internet using a shared desktop application. All ILO courses are interactive and include access to hands-on virtual exercises. These classes vary in length from a full day to a half day.

On-site Training
Training teams together is a proven way for IT staff to maximize the performance, savings and management of LANDesk solutions.

LANDesk offer the most up-to-date, complete program of on-site training for your staff. On-site training is available for each of the 20+ training courses with course customization options available.

E-Learning (EL)
