Description: This accelerated bootcamp is intended for IT professionals tasked with the administration and design of LANDesk Service Desk. There is no requirement for existing knowledge of the LANDesk products, however prerequisite E-Learning modules are required viewing for anyone new to the products.
This five-day training course covers topics from both the administrative and design functions within LANDesk Service Desk. In-class learning is supplemented by E-Learning modules.
