Cancellation Policy

LANDesk® Software, Inc., reserves the right to cancel a course by giving notice of such cancellation at least 15 days (two weeks) before the scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled, the customer will be contacted to reschedule the same course at a later date.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before the first day of class.

Credit Policy

If a customer terminates or cancels their reservation three weeks or more prior to the start date, a credit of 100% will go toward a future training class. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. If a Customer terminates or cancels their reservations two weeks prior to the start date, a credit of 50% will go toward a future training class. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior to the first day of training class will result in the forfeit of all monies paid.
