The solution has been very well received by users, especially the part related to software distribution. We no longer need to go from one user to another to install a program. We can do it all remotely very easily, which we could not do before. This increased efficiency saves a lot of time. Some processes have been automated, improving the tracking of activities. For example, we exchange fewer emails.
