Josh Baxter, Exec. Vice President, Global Services

As vice president of Global Services at LANDESK Software, Josh Baxter is responsible for leading Education, Professional Services, and Customer Support to help customers maximize the value of their LANDESK solutions. Baxter was the director of LANDESK Customer Support from 2004 to 2008, responsible for improving the customer experience by sharing customer experiences with engineering to improve LANDESK products. Before LANDESK, Baxter led Customer Support operations at Novell from 1996 to 2004 where he built Novell's managed services business. Baxter holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Utah State University.
