Facility Description:
The headquarters of Avocent’s LANDesk division are located in South Jordan, Utah, appoximately 20 miles south of Salt Lake City. The training department is located on the first floor of the building.
The training room was completely renovated in 2007. It accommodates a maximum of 16 students. The room is outfitted with 16 workstations, each with a 19" monitors. The room also features a ceiling-mounted projection system. There are floor-to-celing windows along the back wall, with blackout curtains and a full-wall whiteboard. Complimentary coffee, tea, soda, juice, water and lunches are provided for each class.
Additional benefits of attending training at LANDesk division headquarters include the ability to tour the testing lab and an opportunity to meet with members of the engineering department, ask questions, and submit feature enhancements.

From the Salt Lake City International Airport:
1. Head northwest on UT-154 toward N Terminal Dr/UT-154
2. Slight left at Temple Eb Col (signs for I-80 E/Ogden/Provo)
3. Take the ramp on the left onto I-80 East
4. Continue on I-15 S (signs for I-15 S/Las Vegas)
5. Take exit 293 for State Hwy 151/10600 So.
6. Turn right on to 1300 West
7. Turn right on to Shields lane 8. The office will be on your left after 1/4 mile

Cancellation Policy
LANDesk® Software, Inc., reserves the right to cancel a course by giving notice of such cancellation at least 15 days (two weeks) before the scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled, the customer will be contacted to reschedule the same course at a later date.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before the first day of class.
Credit Policy
If a customer terminates or cancels their reservation three weeks or more prior to the start date, a credit of 100% will go toward a future training class. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. If a Customer terminates or cancels their reservations two weeks prior to the start date, a credit of 50% will go toward a future training class. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior to the first day of training class will result in the forfeit of all monies paid.
